The hospital accepts various types of health insurance, but individual coverage may be variable. You should check with your insurance whether the hospital is in network or not. HealthStar requires all staff, patients and visitors to wear a mask in our facility as required by current health orders. All patients/guardians will sign a COVID-19 screening form each day to ensure the safety of all in our clinic. Temperature screenings are also required for all staff, patients and visitors.
